This lovely couple wanted a more inviting space to enjoy time with family and friends, but the tired old lawn was certainly nothing special to look at. We enlarged their main patio to allow space for both dining and lounging around a new custom fire pit. We also added a new outdoor kitchen with a custom L-Shaped pergola to provide the chef relief from the hot afternoon sun. The curving DG path beautifully links the new main patio to a smaller patio as well as a new seating nook. The plant palette provides loads of texture with plants that can manage the challenging shade/sun conditions of this space.
